INITIAL CONSULTATION
Whatever services you are looking for, the initial consultation with Liz will involve a client lifestyle report and a series of fitness tests. The initial session is an informal affair dedicated to helping you learn more about the services Vital Fitness offers and for Liz to find out more about you. Lasting usually around one and a half hours, it involves:
- Client and lifestyle questionnaire - including goal setting and nutrition
- Postural analysis
- Endurance test
- Flexibility test
- Blood pressure reading
- Core strength test
- Upper body strength test
- Lower body strength test
The results of this analysis enable Liz to design a personal exercise programme that is unique to you. This ensures that you achieve the results that you can both see and feel.
BESPOKE SESSIONS
Every session is different because every client is different. With Vital Fitness, it is not about a ‘one size fits all approach’ to health and fitness. It’s about developing a bespoke programme completely personalised to the individual.
The only thing that Vital Fitness does for every single client without fail is to make exercise and weight management enjoyable. Sessions will be both inside and outdoors, using a variety of equipment.
Clients will also benefit from nutritional advice and helpful hints and tips to eat your way to a healthier lifestyle.
EVALUATING RESULTS
Every individual exercise programme is closely monitored and every 4-6 weeks Liz will reassess your progress and programme to ensure that your goals are being reached.
